We reordered from Ashley after she made the cake for our wedding ceremony last June. We had our wedding reception this past Saturday and we are so beyond happy we chose her again! She communicated phenomenally and executed our vision for both cakes perfectly! People could not stop talking about how gorgeous and delicious both cakes were!!! Thank you Ashley!! ♥️

We ordered a 2-tier cake, cookies, brownies, applie pie tarts, and peanut butter tarts for our wedding and we couldn't be happier! Our cake flavors were banana and gingerbread. Both were delicious and moist, but I was surprised that I liked the gingerbread the best! We got so many complements on the cake. For 31 people, the 36-serving cake was more than enough and the cake slices were large! She also decorated the cake exactly how I envisioned! Both the apple pie and peanut butter tarts were delicious, but my husband and I liked the apple pie tart the best. The brownie was dense and moist. It had icing but it wasn't too sweet. We'll definitely be looking for an excuse to order another cake from her in the near future!

Ashley baked our wedding cake and we are so happy with our choice to work with her! I had a really specific color palette I wanted for the cake and she totally brought it to life. Not only was the cake beautiful, it was also delicious! Also super friendly and easy to communicate with. Highly reccomend!

We used Torta Roc for our wedding day back in June, and we are so happy we did! After trying Ashley’s desserts beforehand, we knew we had to have her for our big day. Our guests raved about the cupcakes and cookies! Our wedding cake was exactly what we asked for, and was delicious as well. Ashley was easy to work with, very responsive, and reasonably priced. She even dropped off and set up all the desserts making the whole experience stress free. We’d recommend Torta Roc for all your dessert needs!

I am absolutely blown away by Ashley from Torta! She created the two-tiered cake of my dreams — complete with the most gorgeous vintage piping and the most decadent, flavorful carrot cake I’ve ever had in my life. Everyone at our wedding couldn’t stop raving about it — not only about how stunning it looked, but how incredibly delicious it was. Multiple guests told us it was the best carrot cake they’ve ever had! From start to finish, Ashley was a total professional. She took the time to truly understand my vision and made sure every detail came to life perfectly. Her attention to detail, artistry, and care for her clients shine through in every part of her work. She even handled delivery seamlessly, personally ensuring the cake arrived safely and beautifully set up on our wedding day. I can’t thank her enough for helping make our wedding day so perfect — our cake was everything I dreamed of and more.
